About the Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to join our team on a commission-only basis. You’ll be responsible for connecting with inbound leads generated through our marketing efforts, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals for our marketing services, which include:
- LinkedIn advertising
- Outbound messaging
- Organic social media
This role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing or digital advertising who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is confident selling to decision-makers at growing companies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls
- Understand client needs and match them with our offering
- Keep accurate records of leads and deals using GoHighLevel
- Share sales call recordings via Fathom
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the marketing or advertising industry
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services (especially LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. You will earn 15% commission on the first 6 months of revenue per new client you close.
